At Fora Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewellery back in its original Fora gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
